Any fence taller than 7'0" and any <br />fence taller than 4' and is located within 60' <br />of the centerline of Silver Falls Highway, will <br />require an an approved Variance (enclosed). <br /> <br />Please provide these materials or contact our office as <br />soon as possible so that the review of your application <br />can be completed and your permit issued.
