Fifth St. <br />April 17, 1991 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Marion county Building Inspection <br /> Dwelling Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for compliance with the <br />State of Oregon 1990 Edition One and Two Family Dwelling <br />Specialty Code. <br /> <br />Roof trusses are required to be designed by an Oregon <br />registered Engineer or Architect. For trusses manufactured <br />by an approved fabrication plant, have the design and layout <br />drawings available at the construction site for the framing <br />inspection. All job site cutting or modification of the <br />roof trusses shall, be clearly shown in the engineer's design <br />calculations and drawings. If trusses are to be built at <br />the job site, submit the engineer's design and construction <br />plans to the Marion County Building Department prior to <br />start of construction and have the approved drawings <br />available at the site for the framing inspection. <br /> <br />2. Pole holes to be minimum of 5' deep and 24" in diameter. <br /> <br />Approval as a result of this plan review or an inspection shall <br />not be construed to be an approval of a violation of the <br />provisions of the dwelling code or of other ordinances of the <br />jurisdiction. Reviews or inspections presuming to give authority <br />to violate or cancel the provisions of the dwelling code or of <br />other ordinances of the jurisdiction shall not be valid. <br /> <br />"APPROVED" only when this sheet is attached to plans. <br /> <br /> <br />
