April 24, 1991 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Marion County Bui141ng Inspection <br /> Dwelling Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for compliance with the <br />State of Oregon 1990 Edition One and Two Family Dwelling <br />Specialty Code. <br /> <br />wood framed walls less than four feet in width at garage <br />door openings shall be provided with approved hold-down <br />anchors. Anchors are to be provided at each end of the wall <br />segment and connect the wall studding to the concrete <br />foundation. As an alternate, a designed structural system <br />to resist the required 80 mile per hour wind load can be <br />provided. <br /> <br />Approval as a result of this plan review or an inspection shall <br />not be construed to be an approval of a violation of the <br />provisions of the dwelling code or of other ordinances of the <br />jurisdiction. Reviews or inspections presuming to give authority <br />to violate or cancel the provisions of the dwelling code or of <br />other ordinance~ of the jurisdiction shall not be <br /> <br />"APPROVED" only when this shee% is attached to plans. <br /> <br /> <br />
