7913 Mill Creek Road <br />January ll, 1991 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Marion County Building Inspection <br /> Dwelling Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for compliance with the <br />State cf Oregon 1990 Edition One and Two Family Dwelling <br />Specialty Code. <br /> <br />The under floor grade shall be cleaned of all vegetation and <br />organic materials. (R-309.3) <br /> <br />Footings sections: 12 in. wide - 1 story; 15 in.- 2 story, <br />18 in. 3 story. Footings shall extend not less than 12 in. <br />below the finish natural grade. (R-303) <br /> <br />Foundation plates shall be bolted to the foundation with <br />minimum 1/2 inch diameter by 10 inch anchor bolts embedded <br />at least 7 inches into concrete or reinforced masonry and <br />spaced not more than 6 feet apart with a minimum of 2 bolts <br />per piece with one bolt within 12 inches of the end of each <br />piece. Figure (R-303) <br /> <br />Ridge board shall be at least i inch nominal thickness and <br />not less in depth than the cut end of the rafter. At all <br />valleys and hips there shall be a valley or hip rafter not <br />less than 2 in. nominal thickness and not less in depth than <br />the cut end of the rafter. (R-702o2) <br /> <br />Ail plywood, when designed to be exposed in outdoor applica- <br />tions shall be of an exterior type, except that plywood roof <br />sheathing exposed to the underside may be of interior type <br />with exterior glue. (R-703.1) <br /> <br />Approval as a result of this plan review or an inspection shall <br />not be construed to be an approval of a violation of the <br />provisions of the dwelling code or of other ordinances of the <br />jurisdiction. Reviews or inspections presuming to give authority <br />to violate or cancel the provisions of the dwelling code or of <br />other ordinances of the jurisdiction shall not be valid. <br /> <br />"APPROVED" only when this sheet, is attached to plans. <br /> <br /> <br />
