That the applicants havc s~bmitted herein for approval by the City of Aumsville an application for a conditional use permit on the following described real property: Beginning at a point on the West side of llth Street in the City of Aumsville, in Marion County, Oregon, on the South side of that tract of land conveyed by Claude D. BOONe and M. Maude Boone, husband and wife, to D. P. Nixon and wife, by deed recorded in Volume 300, Page 282, Deed Records for Marion County, Oregon; thence Southerly along the West side of said street a distance of 240.00 feet; thence South 89 21' West 262.00 feet; thence South 00 12' West, parallel with the Wes% line of said llth Street, 146.00 feet; thence South 89 21~ West 921.86 feet to the East line of Donker land; thence North along the East line of said Donker land, 362.67 feet to the Southwest corner of said Nixon tract; thence Easterly, along the South line of said Nixon tract, 1185.70 feet, more or less, tO the place of beginnign and containing 9.30 acres of land, more or less. Said application for a conditional use permit is to use the site for a proposed mobile home park. 2. That currently there is nO mobile home park contained within the City of Aumsville or Aumsville's Urban Growth Boundary. That the parcel above described has a comprehensive plan designation of RM-residentlal/multifamily and is zoned RM-residential/multifamily.
