That the applicants havc s~bmitted herein for approval <br />by the City of Aumsville an application for a conditional use <br />permit on the following described real property: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the West side of llth Street in <br />the City of Aumsville, in Marion County, Oregon, on the <br />South side of that tract of land conveyed by Claude D. <br />BOONe and M. Maude Boone, husband and wife, to D. P. <br />Nixon and wife, by deed recorded in Volume 300, Page <br />282, Deed Records for Marion County, Oregon; thence <br />Southerly along the West side of said street a distance <br />of 240.00 feet; thence South 89 21' West 262.00 feet; <br />thence South 00 12' West, parallel with the Wes% line <br />of said llth Street, 146.00 feet; thence South 89 21~ <br />West 921.86 feet to the East line of Donker land; <br />thence North along the East line of said Donker land, <br />362.67 feet to the Southwest corner of said Nixon <br />tract; thence Easterly, along the South line of said <br />Nixon tract, 1185.70 feet, more or less, tO the place <br />of beginnign and containing 9.30 acres of land, more or <br />less. <br /> <br />Said application for a conditional use permit is to use the site <br />for a proposed mobile home park. <br /> <br /> 2. That currently there is nO mobile home park contained <br />within the City of Aumsville or Aumsville's Urban Growth <br /> <br />Boundary. That the parcel above described has a comprehensive <br /> <br />plan designation of RM-residentlal/multifamily and is zoned <br /> <br />RM-residential/multifamily. The purpose of the <br /> <br />residential/multifamily zone, hereinafter referred to as RM, is <br /> <br />Page 1.
