to provide appropriate regulations governing the division and <br />development of lands designated~RM in the A~ville Comprehensive <br />Plan. RM zones represent areas that are suitable for a mixture <br /> <br />of uses including single apartments, <br />rooming and boarding way, home <br />occupations, group care public uses <br /> <br />and structures, hospitals, mobile home parks as a conditional use <br /> <br />and planned unit development. The intent of the RM zone is to <br /> <br />provide for more concentrated and diverse living arrangements <br /> <br />adjacent to the principal shopping and service area of the city. <br /> <br /> family dwellings, duplexes, <br /> <br />houses, public right of <br />facilitle's, public and semi <br /> <br /> 3. The zoning ordinance section 6.11 et. seq. indicates <br />that "a mobile home park" is a conditional use within the RM <br />zone, and reflects that the conditional use must show the <br />following= <br /> <br />6.11 Mobile. Home Parks: General_Requirements: <br /> <br />(A) All mobile home parks shall consist of a minimum of <br /> five (5) acres. <br /> <br />(B) Each mobile home space shall contain no less than <br /> twenty five hundred (25~) square feet. Streets, play <br /> areas, service areas or other areas required by this <br /> Ordinance shall not be considered as providing any part <br /> of the required mobile home space. <br /> <br />Page 2.
