260 Evergreen Dr, Aumsville <br />July 3, 1991 <br />Page 1 <br /> <br />Marion County <br /> <br /> OREGON <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMEN¥ <br />DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />BuiLding Inspection - Dwelling Plan Review <br /> <br />The attached plans have been reviewed for compliance with the State of Oregon <br />1990 ~dition One and Two Family Dwelling ~pecialty code. <br /> <br />This plan review covers the addition to and/or alteration of an existing <br />structure. This review is not intended to prohibit the building inspector <br />from requesting an evaluation of the acceptability of existing structural <br />members that may appear to be unsafe. ~xisting construction not specifically <br />detailed in the submitted plans and structural calculations is beyond the <br />scope of this review. <br /> <br />The original plans submitted ware mostly unreadable, but looked like the <br />awning was designed for a 20 PSF roof live load and 15 PSF wind design. <br />The design loads should be 25 PSF roof live load and 80 MPH wind design. <br />New plans submitted reflect 30 PSF roof live load and 80 MPH, exposure B <br />wind d~sign. <br /> <br />Awnings and carports shall not be attached to manufactured dwelling roof <br />trusses, eaves, or fascias unless it can be demonsstrated that the roof <br />was engineered and constructed to carry the additional liYe and dead <br />loads. <br /> <br />Awnings are required to be anchored to the concrete slab or concrete <br />footings. <br /> <br />Approval as a result of this plan review or an inspection shall not be <br />construed to be an approval of a violation of the provisions of the dwelling <br />code or of other ordinances of the jurisdiction. Reviews or inspections <br />presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of the <br />dwelling code o~ of other ordinances of the jurisdiction shall not be valid. <br /> <br />"APPROVED" only when this sheet is attached to plans <br /> <br /> <br />
