pRESSUI~IZE~ DiSTEIBUTION ,SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET April 15, 1992 APPLICANT: DONALD ~OENER SITE NUMBER: 13389 ORIGINAL SYSTEM Your site has been found suitable for a pRESSURIZED DISTRIBUTION ALTERNATIV~ SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installation of your septic system. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. The projected daily sewage flow for this proje0t is calculated at 450 .qallons per ~ay. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at 75 lineal f.pet per 150 ~allons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 225 lineal fee~t of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10) foot 0enters and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (~1") and contoured to £ollow the natural ground surface. The disposal field piping is minimum two (2) inch pressure piping, with a minimum 160 psi rating. The sidewalls of the disposal trenches and top of the filter material shall be lined with filter fabric. The disposal field shall be constructed with equal distribution with a minimum trench depth of 12 inches and a maximum trench depth of .!2 inches. There must be at least 16 inches of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground surface. An effluent lift pump or siphon whish is sized to provide a minimum residual head of five (5) feet at the most distant orifice is required A capping fill is required with this system. The system shall be constructed as indicated on the attached Capping Fill construction detail sheet. This approval is site specific to the area tested end the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise authorized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS~ This pressurized distribution system must be immediate area of the most easterly test pit. constructed within the T__N. IS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. DO NOT INSTALL THE SYSTEM UNTIL A VALID PEi~MIT NAS BEEN ISSUED ~y THIS OFFICE.
