DISTRIBUTION SYSTF24 CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET <br /> <br />April 15, 1992 <br /> <br />APPLICANT= DONALD BORNER <br />SITE NU~ER: 13394 <br /> <br />Your site has been found suitable for a PRESSURIZED DISTRIBUTION ALTERNATIVE <br />SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply <br />to the installation of your septic system. <br /> <br />The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br />gallons. <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br />450 qallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will be sized at 75 lineal feet per 150 <br />qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 225 lineal <br />feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level {i1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br />The disposal field piping i~ minimum two (2) inch pressure piping, <br />with a minimum 160 psi rating. The sidewalls of the disposal <br />trenches and top of the filter material shall be lined with filter <br />fabric. <br /> <br />The disposal field shai1 be constructed with equal distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth of 12 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of 12 inches. There must be at least .16 inches of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br />An effluent lift pump or siphon which is sized to provide a <br />minimum residual head of five (5) feet at the most distant orifice <br />is required <br /> <br /> A capping fill is required with this system. The system shall be <br />constructed as indicated on the attached Capping Fill construction detail <br />sheet. <br /> <br />This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must <br />be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise authorized <br />by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> The drainfields must be constructed within the immediate area of the <br /> test pits, preferably within the area of the most easterly pit. Con- <br /> struct the drainline trenches only into the natural undisturbed topsoil. <br /> <br />THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. DO NOT INSTALL THE SYSTEM <br />UNTIL A VALID PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED BY THIS OFFICE. <br /> <br /> <br />
