No evidence of failure <br />was found and the system appeared to be functioning in a <br />satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on 11/16- <br />/91 by Stayton Septic Services and the tank was inspected <br />at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years.
