Box 394
Aurora, Oregon 97002

Subject:

Sewage Discharge
15051 Park Avenue NE, Aurora

Dear Mr. Kraft:

An inspection was made on December 5, 1991 in response to
your complaint of a sewage gray water discharge onto your
property. The pipe was located over the hill and just
above your pond as you indicated in your phone call to
this office. There was no discharge from the pipe at the
time of my inspection. It is evident by the erosion of
the soil at the discharge point of the pipe that there i$
some discharge from the pipe. However, there is no evi-
dence of any sewage discharge at this point. Sewage will
leave a typical bacterial or fungal growth and I could
find no evidence of this at the discharge point of the
pipe on your property. If you should find evidence of a
sewage discharge in the future or if you have additional
information concerning this situation, please let us
know.

Please call our office if you have any questions. Our
hours are 8:00 to 4:30, Monday through Friday.

REGISTERED SAN I TAR I~N

DONALD WOODLEY
BUILDING OFFICIAL

Senator Building · 220 High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301-3670
