6.09 SIGNS: Signs not to exceed sixteen (]6) square feet /'?" in area and bearing only street address numbers, post box numbers, names of occupants of premises, or other identification of premises not having commercial connota- tions are permitted. Approved conditional uses may have one (1) non-revolving identification sign not to exceed thirty-two (32) square feet. (See Section 1'9.00, (SIGNS). 6.10 PARKING: (A) A minimum of two (2) off-street parking spaces are required for each dwelling unit; Public and semi-public and conditional uses requiring off-street parking shall be determined by the Commission based upon the requirements of the Off-Street Parking and Loading sect'ion of this Ordinance. (See Section 18.00). 6.11 MOBILE HOME PARKS: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (A) Ail mobile home parks shall consist of a ~inimum of five (5) acres. / (B) Each mobile home space shall ~ontain not less than twenty five 'hundred (2,500) square feet. Streets, play areas, service areas or other, areas required by this Ordinance shall not be considered as providing any part of the required mobile home space. (C) The maximum density of a mobile home park shall not exceed twelve (12) mobile homes per gross acre. (D) A mobile ~ome park shall be built to state standards in effect at the time of construction. (E) No mobile home in the park shall be located closer than fifteen (15) feet from another mobile home or from a general use building in the park. No mobile home accessory building or other building or ~t~u. cture on a mobile home space shall be ~.~Si~: than ten (10) feet from a mobile home acces'sory building or other building or structure on another mobile home space. No mobile home or other building or structure shall be within t~entyrfi~e (25) feet of a public '[~treet property b~undary or ten (70) feet of another property boundary. (F) There shall be no outdoor storage of furniture, tools, equipment, building materials or supplies belonging to the occupants ,,or management of the park. (G) The land which is used for park purposes shall be surrounded except at entry and exit places, by a sight-obscuring fence or hedge not less than si~ (6) feet in height. The fence or hedge shall be maintained in a neat appearance.
