The proposal was to
increase the sewage flow of the existing system from two
bedrooms to three bedrooms.

An inspection was made 7/16/92 to determine if the exist-
ing on-site sewage system appeared adequate to serve a
proposed three bedroom dwelling. The existing system was
found to be inadequate, test holes were evaluated and the
proposal to increase the number of bedrooms was denied
(see attached Notice of Denial).

Administrative Rules prohibit the issuance of a septic
permit and mobile home permit without septic approval.
The applications will remain in process 90 days pending
notification from you as to your intent.

If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to
call.

Sincerely,

CHRIS LYNCH
BUILDING CODE TECHNICIAN

CHERYL RICE
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

cc: City of Detroit

"Senator Building 220 High Street NE Sa]em, Oregon 97301]3670
