This application <br />is to rebuild the burned four bedroom residence. No <br />evidence of failure was found and the system appeared to <br />be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank <br />was pumped on 10/29/92 by Stayton septic Services and the <br />tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning <br />approval may be required for the proposed development of <br />the property. <br /> <br />cOMMENTS: <br /> <br />The septic tank is located about three feet <br />west of the northwest corner of the new <br />house.
