August 24, 1992

A~PLICANT:
SITE NUMBER:

BT~RDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL BHEET

NORMAN @ CAROL RAUSCHER
92-2735

Your site has been found suitable for a STA/~DA~D ON-SITE BEWAGE DISPOSAL
SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa-
tion of your septic system.

1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000
gallons.

The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at
450 qallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this
site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet per 150
qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 450 lineal
feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop-
ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and
on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125
feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed
level (±1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface.

The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution
with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench
depth of 30 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill
over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground
surface.

This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system
must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho-
rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is
proposed for a different area on the property.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Boil conditions are better within the area of the two westerly test
pits. Construct the drainfield in that area if possible. Contour the
drainlines to the natural landform surface. DO not cut or grade to
correct the slope within the original and replacement drainfield sites.
Refer to the enclosed setback list which outlines minimum separation
distances between components of septic systems and other features.

THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTa?~- TEE SEPTIC SYSTEM. DO NOT INSTa?.?. THE SYSTEM
UNTIL A VALID PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED BY T~IS OFFICE.
