This application <br />is to replace the previous three bedroom mobile home with <br />a new three bedroom mobile.. No evidence of failure was <br />found and the system appeared to be functioning in a <br />satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on 7/21- <br />/92 by Stayton Septic Service and the tank was inspected <br />at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning <br />approval may be required for the proposed development of <br />the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />See owners document dated 8/5/92 of his re- <br />pairs to the existing septic tank.
