At. that time the tank was Found to be leaking.
I left several messages with Stayton Septic to get a bid on
the cost of fixing the tank~ however, they never responded to
me. Because of time constraints and my background and
ability to work with concrete, I decided to repair the tank
myself.

To repair the tank I First washed the inside 6f the tank down
thoroughly. The seam was defective in sever'al places. I
chipped existing mortar out of defective areas and wire
brushed tt~e entire seam in the tank. I used Custom Plug to
repair defective areas and then Thorosealed the entire seam
in the tank. I also Thorosealed the inlet and outlet of the
tank. Waiting 24 hours to let materials dry I then filled
tile tank with water and lc~ it stand for 3 three days.
During these 3 days there was no difference in water level.

I certify that the septic tank locatcd at above named address
bas been repaired and is no longer leaking.

Sincerely,

Thomas A.
