This application <br />is to replace the existing mobile with a new three bed- <br />room manufactured home. No evidence of failure was found <br />and the system appeared to be functioning in a satis- <br />factory manner. The septic tank was pumped on 10/15/92 by <br />Stayton Septic Services and the tank was inspected at <br />that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system.
