This review is for compliance with the provisions of the <br />oregon State Structural Specialty Code ('91 UBC) 1993 Edition. <br /> <br />To add a canopy to the front of the grade school the conditions in the <br />letter sent to Randy Saunders dated June 8, 1993 by Deputy State Fire <br />Marshal George Crosiar shall be met. <br /> <br />The plans submitted do not show enough information for a structural plan <br />review of the pre-engineered metal building. Submit structural plans and <br />calculations that show frame dimensions (member depth, plate width and <br />thickness, etc.) and connection details. Include endwall details and <br />X-bracing. <br /> <br />Approval of submitted plans is not an approval of omissions or oversights by this <br />office or of noncompliance with any applicable regulations of local government. <br /> <br />This project may be subject to the architectural standards of the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). Issuance of a building permit, does not certify <br />compliance with this F~deral Statute. Copies of the guidelines and information <br />concerning the ADA may be obtained from the Architectural and Transportation <br />Barriers Compliance Board, 1-202-653-7834 (Voice/TDD) or 1-800 USA-ABLE.
