Mr. Joe Green
Preject No. EAIX-91-411
Report No. 09-121-2123
December 26, 1991
Page 3

!
]
I
I
I

Fill - Fill material consisting primarily of a
loose light brown to brown clayey silt to silt with
rock fragments and un-decomposed organic material
was encountered in all test explorations. This
unit extended to depths of 2 to 8.5 feet below
existing surface grade. The results of e×ploration
indicate that this unit was probably not placed ss
a structural engineered fill.

Sandy Silt - Two of the test explorations bottomed
in a moderately soft to firm light brown fire saDdy
silt at depths of 11.5 feet below existing surface
grade.

I
i
I

Silty sand - The remaining test e×plorations
bottomed in a firm to moderately dense light brown
silty very fine sand at a depth of 16.5 feet below
existing surface grade. The upper contact of this
unit was encountered at depths of 14.0 feet.

Groun4w~ter

Groundwater was not encountered within the borings
investigation.

Proposed Construction

of this

!
I

We understand that plans call for the construction of four
(4) mobile homes, to be developed one per each of the four
lots. We understand that the foundation system for each of
the homes is to be similar and will consist of some four (4)
6'* X 20" concrete runner pads.

,i
