This <br />application is to replace a mobile home with a new house. <br />No evidence of failure was found and the system appeared <br />to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic <br />tank was pumped on March 10, 1993 by The Drain Doctor's <br />Rooter and Septic Service and the tank was inspected at <br />that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system.
