"Bert" Stone

RE: Site #: 92-03672
Address: 14081 Cessna N.E., Aurora, OR

Dear Mr. Stone:

First of all I would like to offer our sincere thanks for taking
the time to come out and look at our site and for being kind enough
to be of assistance to us in this matter. I am sorry it has taken
so much time to get back to you with the sketch you requested.
Our family is just getting back on our feet after Mom's surgery.
It seems to have affected us all.

I am enclosing the sketch we discussed and am hoping that the
changes will aid us in obtaining our permit. Following is an outline
of the changes we discussed.

2:Pressure treated 4 x 4 posts to be cemented into the ground
feet deep and 18" in diameter and spanned no more than 8' apart

3: 2 × 6 hung at 16" on center

4: 4 x 6 beam horizontally at top lenghtwise.

I believe these are the only changes we discussed, Please advise
us so that we can begin to make the necessary changes.

Again, thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

The Roberts Family
