NE, Aurora <br /> Site Number: 93-00842 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on March 16, <br />1993 to determine if the existing on-site sewage system <br />located on the property appeared adequate to serve the <br />purpose described in the attached application. This <br />application is to replace an existing manufactured dwell- <br />ing. No evidence of failure was found and the system <br />appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The <br />septic tank was pumped on January 20, 1993 by The Drain <br />Doctor's Septic Service and the tank was inspected at <br />that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning <br />approval may be required for the proposed development of <br />the property. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: Sewage flow increase of less than 50% of flow <br /> for original home.
