Floor shall drain to an <br />approved oil separator or trap discharging to seweres in accordance with <br />the Plumbing Code. <br /> <br />canopies under which fuels are dispensed shall have a clear, <br />unobstructed height of not less than 13 feet 6 inches to the lowest <br />projecting element in the vehicle drive-through area. <br /> <br />Approval of submitted plans is not an approval of omissions or oversights by <br />this office or of noncompliance with any applicable regulations of local <br />government. <br /> <br />Local Fire Districts may have additional requirements that affect this <br />project.
