Oregon 97383 <br /> <br />Owner-Operator: <br /> Frank Wilson <br /> <br />97738 <br /> <br />Dear Lola: <br /> <br />This letter is in reference to the services we previously provided <br />on the ~septic system servicing the property previously addressed <br />as 100 Santiam Avenue, Detroit, Oregon, and now renumbered as 435 <br />Santiam Avenue, NW, Detroit, Oregon. <br /> <br />Our records show that on October 18, 1990, the previous owner Louise <br />Mohr .requested the septic tank located at the address above to be <br />pumped. Our records state that the tank is concrete with a capacity <br />of approximately 1200 gallons. At the time of pumping the tank <br />was in good condition and the lid and baffles were intact and in <br />place~ The water level in the tank was normal and there was no <br />water running back into the tank from the drainfield, indicating <br />that the drainfield was functioning properly at that time. <br /> <br />The tank was located on the north side <br />the tank lid our driver measured 14 feet west <br />northeastern corner of the house, then from that <br />35 feet north 'to the lid. (Please note diagram below) <br /> <br />of the house.
