Marion County

OREGON
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT

DIRECTOR
Craig O, Luedeman

BUILDING INSPECTION
(503) 588-5147

PLANNING &
ENFORCEMENT
(503) 5~8-5038

BOARD OE
COA4Yk41SSIONERS
Runda{I Frunkc
Gary I leer

Ken Roudybush

March 10, 1993

ANNUAL EVALUATION OF TEMPORARY OR HARDSHIP MOBILE HOME

Louise Lofdahl
12122 Fry Road NE
Aurora, Oregon 97002

Subject:

12122 Fry Road NE, Aurora
Site Number: 93-00694

An inspection was made at the above address on March 9,
1993 to determine if the existing on-site sewage system
appeared adequate to serve the hardship mobile home
located on the property. No evidence of failure was
found and the system appeared to be functioning in a
satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on March
22, 1989 by Clinkscales Septic Pump Service and the tank
was inspected at that time.

COMMENTS:

Approval of hardship mobile homes is ~to annual
renewal by Marion County Planning. An ~plica3~ion f~r a
re-evaluation of the septic system wi]~ not k~ required
in the future.

The septic system was designed for a main
residence and hardship home when the system
was originally installed. Based on the sizing
of the system, it is not necessary to further
evaluate the septic system as part of the
renewal process for the hardship placement.
In order to properly maintain the septic
system, it is recommended that the septic
tank be pumped approximately every five (5)
years.

This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous
operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system.
Ma~nspection
Robert Foster, Registered Sanitarian

Senator 8uildlng 220 High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301-3670
