AUMSVILLE, OR 97325
Site Number: 93-2083

An inspection was made at the above address on 7/19/93 to
determine if the existing on-site sewage system appeared
adequate to serve the hardship mobile home located on the
property. No evidence of failure was found and the
system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory
manner. The septic tank was pumped on 8/5/93 by Stayton
Septic Services and the tank was inspected at that time.

Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual
renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for a
re-evaluation of the septic system will be required two
years from the date of this notice.

COMMENTS:

We have no other record of the existing sep-
tic system in our files.

This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous
operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system.

Marion Coufity Building Inspection
LEE A.
