No evidence of failure was found and the <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory <br />manner. The septic tank was pumped on 6/28/91 by Ken's <br />Valley Septic Service and the tank was inspected at that <br />time. <br /> <br />Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual <br />renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for a <br />re-evaluation of the septic system will be required one <br />year from the date of this notice. <br /> <br />COM/4ENTS: <br /> <br />A portion of the existing drainfield is under <br />the parking site. You should avoid that area <br />as much as possible. <br /> <br />This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />LEE A.
