The following construction specifications shall apply to the
installation of your septic system.

1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000
gallons.

The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at
450 gallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this
site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet per 150
~ of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 450 lineal
feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop-
ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and
on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125
feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed
level (il") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface.

The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution
with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench
depth of 24 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill
over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground
surface.

An effluent lift pump may be necessary to construct the disposal field
in the approved area and at the correct depth.

This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system
must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho-
rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is
proposed for a different area on the property.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS~
The existing septic tanks must be pumped and properly abandoned.
Construct the drainfields as far up slope as possible, but at least 100
feet from all wells. A 50 feet setback from the down slope road cutbank
and ditch is required. Observe all other normal setback/separation
distances as outlined by the enclosed setback list. A preconstruction
stakeout is recommended to establish accurate elevations and locations
of all components of the repair system.

THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. DO NOT INSTa~. THE SYSTEM

UNTIL A VALID PERM~, HAS BEEN iSSUED BY TE~.,OFFICE.
