July 21, 1993 <br />APPLICANT~ <br /> <br />STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL SHEET <br /> <br />ERIK WASMANN <br />93-2351 <br /> <br /> Your site has been found suitable for a STANDAltD ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM REPAIR. The following construction specifications shall apply to the <br />installation of your septic system. <br /> <br /> 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br />450 gallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet per 150 <br />~ of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 450 lineal <br />feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (il") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth of 24 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of 24 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br /> An effluent lift pump may be necessary to construct the disposal field <br />in the approved area and at the correct depth. <br /> <br /> This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system <br />must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- <br />rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS~ <br /> The existing septic tanks must be pumped and properly abandoned. <br /> Construct the drainfields as far up slope as possible, but at least 100 <br /> feet from all wells. A 50 feet setback from the down slope road cutbank <br /> and ditch is required. Observe all other normal setback/separation <br /> distances as outlined by the enclosed setback list. A preconstruction <br /> stakeout is recommended to establish accurate elevations and locations <br /> of all components of the repair system. <br /> <br />THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM.
