June 16, 1992 <br /> <br />APPLICANT: <br />SITE NUMBER: <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION DETAXL SHEET <br /> <br />STEVE PINKERTON <br />92-889, LOT 11, SANTIAM SPRINGS ESTATES <br /> <br />~our site has been found suitable for a STANDA/~D ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br />SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- <br />tion of your septic system. <br /> <br />1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 <br /> gallons. <br /> <br />The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at <br />450 .qallons Der.day. Based on soil conditions observed on this <br />site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet Der..~50 <br />qallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 450 lineal <br />feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- <br />ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and <br />on minimum ten (10) foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 <br />feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed <br />level (fl") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. <br /> <br />The disposal field shall be constructed with serial distribution <br />with a minimum trench depth ef 24 inches and a maximum trench <br />depth of 24 inches. There must be at least 12 inches of backfill <br />over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground <br />surface. <br /> <br /> An effluent lift pump may be necessary to construct the disposal field <br />in the approved area and at the correct depth. <br /> <br />This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must <br />be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise authorized <br />by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is <br />proposed for a different area on the property. <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> Construct the drainfields within the immediate area of the soil test <br /> pits. Dee care in planning development to ensure minimum separation <br /> distances as outlined by the enclosed setback list. Note especially the <br /> required setbacks from wells, ponds, drainageways and downslope cuts <br /> and/or footing drains. Drainfield construction must be limited to slopes <br /> of 12 percent or less. <br /> <br />THIS IS NOT A PERMIT TO INSTALL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. DO NOT INSTALL THE SYSTEM <br /> <br />UN~IL A VALID PERMIT HAS EEEN ISSUED BY THIS OFFICE. <br /> <br /> <br />
