October 6~ 1993 A~PLICANT~ SITE NUMBER= STANDARD SYSTEM CONSTRUCTION DETAIL CBM Development 93-03185 Your site has been found suitable for a STANDARD ON-BITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM. The following construction specifications shall apply to the installa- tion of your septic system. 1. The septic tank shall have a minimum liquid capacity of 1000 gallons. The projected daily sewage flow for this project is calculated at 150 gallons per day. Based on soil conditions observed on this site, the disposal field will be sized at 150 lineal feet per 150 gallons of projected daily sewage flow. A minimum of 150 lineal feet of disposal field will be required for your proposed develop- ment. The disposal trenches are constructed two (2) feet wide and on minimum ten (10} foot centers and with no line exceeding 125 feet in length. The trenches and perforated pipe are installed level (±1") and contoured to follow the natural ground surface. The disposal field shall be constructed with equal distribution with a minimum trench depth of 18 inches and a maximum trench depth of 24 inches. There must be at least 6 inches of backfill over the top of the gravel, measured from the natural ground surface. An effluent lift pump will be necessary to construct the disposal field in the approved area and at the correct depth. This approval is site specific to the area tested and the septic system must be located in the immediate area of the test pits unless otherwise autho- rized by this office. A new site evaluation may be required if the system is proposed for a different area on the property. SPECIAL CONDITIONS= It is my understanding that a permit for a holding tank is being requested while negotiations are underway to extend a sewer line from the City of Donald to the Aurora I-5 freeway interchange. The proposal is to use a holding tank on this property for a period not to exceed one (1) year. At the end of the year, the property would either be connected to the Donald sewer system or an on-site sewage system disposal field would be installed according to the above specifications. The minimum holding tank size is 1500 gallons and an alarm is required in the tank at the 75 percent full level. The attached permit is valid for a period of one year and the system must be installed as specified within that time period -or- the property must be connected to a public sewerage system within the same one year period. The approved area for construction of the septic system disposal field is located south of the loop gravel driveway in the area of the number 4 test pit. THIS IS NOT A P~RMiT TO INSTAIJ~ THE SEPTIC SYSTEM. DO NOT INSTALL TEE SYSTEM UNTIL A VALID PERMIT HAS BEEN ISSUED BY THIS OFFICE.
