The e~isting c~Th <br />has 4824 square feet of area and the addition has 1770 <br />area totaling 6595 square feet total area in the proposed complete~ <br />building. The proposed completed building will exceed the allowable <br />area limits set forth in Table NO. <br /> <br />The floor areas specified in Section 505 may be increased where public <br />ways or yards adjoin the proposed construction on two or more ~ides or <br />where an approved automatic fire sprinkler system is installed <br />throughout the building. (506) On the site plan, public ways are <br />indicated on three sides of this building, which permits an increase in <br />the floor area of 100 percent for 12,000 square feet allowable area. <br /> <br />In Groups A, E, and I Occupancies, all curtains, draperies, drops, <br />tapestries and similar furnishings and decorations will be composed of <br />noncombustible materials or shall be rendered and maintained flameproof. <br />(4206) <br /> <br />A water supply sufficient to control a potential fire is required. <br />Appendix III~A of the Uniform Fire Code.
