Meirow <br /> <br /> Total consent annexation of portion of Marion County Tax Account <br /> NO.40516-000, as illustrated in Attachment <br /> <br /> 15110 Park Avenue NE <br /> <br /> Marion County Tax Assessor's Account ~40516-000, one parcel, <br /> 208' X 100' (See ATTACHMENT I.) <br /> <br /> Urban Transitional Farm <br /> <br /> L~w-Density Residential (R-i). <br /> <br />~I. ~ROPOSAL..SUMMARY <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting to bring this piece of property in to the City <br />limits so that they may build a home on the back piece of the property (lot <br />19, See ATTACHMENT II.) <br /> <br />III, DISCUSSION OF PROPOSAL <br /> <br />The applicant's proposal to bring this lot into the City Limits fits into the <br />City's master plan~ the home on this property is already rented out, it is <br />established that people have been living in the home with no adverse effects. <br />The applicant has met the CRITERIA outlined in 315 article 5 section 15.40: <br /> <br />1) Involves property which is contiguous to the City's corporate boundaries. <br />2) Complies with the Comprehensive Plan and all other applicable City <br /> policies and o~dinances. <br />3] Complies with the applicable sections o~ ORS <br />~) Can be provided with urban level services by City. <br /> <br />The applicant has paid all fees associated with tl~is application, and has <br />provided all the necessary information. <br /> <br />IV.
