This may be <br /> obtained at the Marion County Assessor, Map Room, 5th Floor, <br /> Franklin Building, 495 State Street, Salem. <br /> (XX) Existing septic tank must be pumped by a DEQ licensed <br /> pumping contractor and verification submitted (see attached <br /> Pumper Ferm). <br /> Drainfields must be staked out according to Stakeout Proce- <br /> dure guidelines (see attached). <br /> A copy of the recorded easement. <br /> Septic tank must be abandoned and Septic Tank Abandonment <br /> submitted (see attached). <br /> Well must be abandoned and Well Abandonment submitted (see <br /> attached). <br /> <br />Your applications were submitted June. 22, 1~3 and will remain in <br />process, pending the submittal of the above information, until <br />October 22, 1993. At that time all applications will expire and fees <br />forfeited. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 4:30.
