TWO test holes must be dug before a field inspection can be made (see attached Test Bole Requirements). Two detailed site plans, drawn to scale and including all data as highlighted on the attached Instructions for Prepa- ration of a site Plan. A Marion County assessor map of the property. This may be obtained at the Marion County Assessor, Map Room, 5th Floor, Franklin Building, 495 State Street, Salem. (XX) Existing septic tank must be pumped by a DEQ licensed pumping contractor and verification submitted (see attached Pumper Ferm). Drainfields must be staked out according to Stakeout Proce- dure guidelines (see attached). A copy of the recorded easement. Septic tank must be abandoned and Septic Tank Abandonment submitted (see attached). Well must be abandoned and Well Abandonment submitted (see attached). Your applications were submitted June. 22, 1~3 and will remain in process, pending the submittal of the above information, until October 22, 1993.
