This application is to replace a mobile <br />home with a new house. No evidence of failure was found and the <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The <br />septic tank was pumped on May 14, 1988 by Molalla Septic Service <br />and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic tank pumper <br />approximately every five years. This notice does not guarantee <br />satisfactory or continuous operation of the existing on-site <br />sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: The septic system was installed and inspected in <br /> October of 1978 and consists of a 1000 gallon septic <br /> tank and 400 lineal feet of drainfield. <br /> <br />Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
