AUMSVILLE, OREGON 97325
Site Number: 94-32

An inspection was made at the above address on 2/3/94 to
determine if the existing on-site sewage system appeared
adequate to serve the hardship mobile home located on the
property. No evidence of failure was found and the
system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory
manner. The septic tank was pumped on 1/17/94 by Stayton
Septic Services and the tank was inspected at that time.

Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual
renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for a
re-evaluation of the septic system will be required two
years from the date of this notice.

COMMENTS:

Our records indicate that the existing septic
system was installed in 1977 and consists of
a 1000 gallon concrete septic tank and 450
feet of drainfield. We recommend that the
septic tank be serviced about every four to
five years.

This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous
operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system.

~C~Inspection
LEE A, GRIMES, SOIL SCIENTIST

Senator Building 220 High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301~3670
