No evidence of failure was found and the <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory <br />manner. The septic tank was pumped on April 1 1988 by <br />Stayton Septic Service and the tank was inspected at that <br />time. <br /> <br />Approval of hardship mobile homes is subject to annual <br />renewal by Marion County Planning. An application for a <br />re-evaluation of the septic system will be required two <br />years from the date of this notice. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />The septic system was installed in 1977 and <br />consists of a 1000 gallon septic and 450 feet <br />of drainfield. <br /> <br />This notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />Senator Building 220 High Street NE Salem, Oregon 97301~3670 <br /> <br /> <br />
