(Section 24; TBS/ R2W). Tax lot no. <br />57656-000. <br /> <br />DNgiSION: Notice is hereby given that the Planning Director for <br />Marion County has APPROVED the above described Conditional Use <br />application subject to certain conditions. <br /> <br />~4ois cDndit~io~al~LSe,,~-~it is valid only when exercised by <br />~t~.~~,~. This statement shall be recorded by <br />the applicant with the Marion County Clerk after it has been <br />reviewed and signed by the Planning Director (Declaratory <br />Statement enclosed). <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of a building permit, the current property <br />owner shall submit a written request to disqualify the <br />property from special assessment at farm use to the Special <br />Assessment Section of the Marion County Assessor's office. <br />The Marion County Assessor will disqualify the property and <br />notify the owner of the disqualification. If any additional <br />tax is imposed building permits will not be issued until this <br /> <br /> <br />
