SE, Aumsville <br /> Site Number: 93-04078 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on December <br />13, 1993 to determine if the existing on-site sewage <br />system located on the property appeared adequate to serve <br />the purpose described in the attached application. This <br />application is to place a manufactured dwelling on the <br />property. No evidence of failure was found and the system <br />appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The <br />septic tank was pumped on October 22, 1993 by Stayton <br />Septic Service and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning <br />approval may be required for the proposed development of <br />the property. <br /> <br />COM~{ENTS: <br /> <br />We have no record of the existing septic <br />system in our files.
