This application
is to replace the existing two bedroom mobile with a new
three bedroom manufactured home. No evidence of failure
was found and the system appeared to be functioning in a
satisfactory manner. The septic tank was pumped on 8/19-
/93 by Valley Septic Service and the tank was inspected
at that time.

This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic
tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice
does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation
of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning
approval may be required for the proposed development of
the property.

COM~ENTS:

Our records indicate that the existing septic
system was constructed 3/9/77 and consists of
a 1000 gallon concrete septic tank and 300
feet of drainfield. An effluent pump might be
necessary for future repairs.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
Please contact our office if you have any questions
concerning this report.

Marion County Building Inspection
LEE A.
