AUMSVILLE, OR 97325 <br /> Site Number: 95-2?8 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on January <br />13, 1995 to determine the condition of the existing <br />site sewage syBtem located on the property. No evidence <br />of failure was found and the system appeared to be func- <br />tioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic tank was <br />pumped on December 23, 1994 by Ace Septic Service and the <br />tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic <br />tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice <br />does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation <br />of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />We have no record of the existing system in <br />our files.
