Nature of the Application~ This matter comes before the Marion County Hearings Officer on the application of Ivan and Mary' Jo Thomas On behalf of Northland Cable Television for a cond~tional use to expand an existing television receiving facility on a 3.03 acre parcel in an AR (ACREAGE RESIDENTIAL) zone on propertV located at 8265 Anderson Road SE, Aumsville, Oregon (S33; TBS; ;%iW; Tax Lot Nos. 56502- 741). II. Relevant Criteria The standards and criteria relevant to this application are found in the Marion County Comprehensive Plan (MCCP) and the Marion County Zoning Ordinance (MCZO) (Rural), especially Chapters 119 and 128. III. Public Hearin~ A public hearing was duly held on ~.his application on March 23, 1994. At the hearing, the PlanniD~ Division file was made part of the record.
