All required permit fees have been paid. Application has been approved and has Zoning and Septic Authoriza- tion. Ten {10) working days have lapsed since ~he permit application was received, and the permit has not been issued. To apply fo~ a Footing and Foundation ~ermit while the permit application is in the review process, one additional foandation plan and one additional site plan must be submitted and the $25.00 filing fee pale. A Footing and Foundation Permit must be obtained end inspection performed, granting authorization to proceed, before any concrete is ~leeed. The holder of such permit shall proceed at his own risk. A plan review of the plans is not performed and there is ne assurance that the ~e~mit for the entire building wi1! be granted, or that changes may be required in the submitted plans.
