The addition is <br /> 1140ft2 on each floor <br /> bringing public floor up to <br /> 3890ft'space when added to <br /> original building. It does not <br /> contain restrooms. It is 100' <br /> from adjacent bathrooms. <br /> 5 <br /> 77 Antique Caterpillar Applied for 2003 03-03393 <br /> Machinery Museum A-3. <br /> building. This building is Approved <br /> 13,440 ft2. It does not for storage <br /> contain restrooms even only. <br /> though they were <br /> specifically required in <br /> second permit. The plans A-3 & B 2004 04-07807 <br /> submitted show two conversion <br /> restrooms to be completed in permit. <br /> the future. The plan review <br /> includes the construction of <br /> these restrooms,which were <br /> to be completed prior to the <br /> final approval and issuance <br /> of the certificate of <br /> occupancy (04-07807). <br /> Why this building was <br /> approved without the <br /> restrooms is not clear. The <br /> project manager is deceased. <br /> Conversation with museum <br /> members involved in this <br /> project claim that they could <br /> not afford the restrooms and <br /> outside facilities are only <br /> 220' away.
