NO evidence of failure was £o~nd and th~ <br />system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner, <br />septic tank was pumped on April 12, 1987 by A & E Septic Servic~ <br />and the tank was inSpected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years.
