SE <br />Aumsville, Oregon 97325 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on November 17, 1987 <br />to determine if the existing on-site sewage system located on the <br />property appeared adequate to serve the purpose described in the <br />attached application. This application is to replace an existing <br />mobile home. No evidence Of failure was found and the system <br />appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. The septic <br />tank was pumped on November 2, 1987 by Stayton Septic Service and <br />the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the septic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years. This <br />notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of <br />the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: The septic system was installed in August of 1967 and <br /> consists of a 750 gallon septic tank and 150 lineal <br /> feet of drainfield. <br /> <br />Our office hours are <br />contact our office if you have any questions <br /> <br />Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
