This application is to place a hardship <br />mobile home on the property. No evidence of failure was found and <br />the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. <br />The septic tank was pumped on May 4, 1987 by Carl's Septic Tank <br />Cleaning and the tank was inspected at that time, <br /> <br />This notice is issued With the recommendation that the ~eptic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years.
