NE <br />Aurora, Oregon 97002 <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on May 6, 1987 to <br />determine if the existing on-site sewage system located on the <br />property appeared adequate to serve the purpose described in the <br />attached application. This application is to place a hardship <br />mobile home on the property. No evidence of failure was found and <br />the system appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. <br />The septic tank was pumped on May 4, 1987 by Carl's Septic Tank <br />Cleaning and the tank was inspected at that time, <br /> <br />This notice is issued With the recommendation that the ~eptic <br />tank be pumped and inspected approximately every five years. Thi~ <br />notice does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation of <br />the existing on-site sewage disposal system. <br /> <br />COMMENTS: <br /> <br />The system was installed and inspected in June, 1979 <br />and consists of a 1000 gallon tank and 450 lineal feet <br />of drainfield. <br /> <br />contact our office if yOU have any questions <br /> <br />office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
