SE <br />Aumsville, Oregon <br /> <br />PROPERTY OWNER: <br /> <br />Hopkins/Jackson <br />4350 Ridge Dr. NE <br />Salem, Oregon <br /> <br />An inspection was made at the above address on A~gust <br />17, 1989 to de%ermine if the existing on-site sewage <br />system located on the property appeared adequate to <br />serve the purpose described in the attached applica- <br />tion. This applicatlon is to replace an existing mobile <br />home. NO evidence Of failure was found and the system <br />appeared to be functioning in a satisfactory manner. <br />The septic tank was pumped on August 7, 1989 by Stayton <br />Septic Service and the tank was inspected at that time. <br /> <br />This notice is issued with the recommendation that the <br />septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed <br />septic tank pumper approximately every five years. This <br />notice does not g~arantee satisfactory or continuous <br />operation of the existing on-site sewage disposal <br />system. Planning approval may be required for the <br />proposed development of the property. <br /> <br />cOMMENTS: 1. The pump and pump scree~ need to be <br /> reset in the dosing tank. <br /> 2. The electrical wiring to the pump needs <br /> to be re-wired according to the sta%e <br /> electrical code. <br /> 3. A high water alarm needs to be installed <br /> in the new home.
