This application
is to replace the existing three bedroom mobil home with
a six bedroom frame residence. NO evidence of failure was
found and the system appeared to be functioning in a
satisfactory manner.
This notice is issued with the recommendation that the
septic tank be pumped and inspected by a licensed septic
tank pumper approximately every five years. This notice
does not guarantee satisfactory or continuous operation
of the existing on-site sewage disposal system. Planning
approval may be required for the proposed development of
the property.

COMMENTS:

The existing system is designed at a sewage
flow lo&d of 450 gallons per day, U~ to a
four bedroom residence. T~is consideration is
for a 50% increase, to service a six bedroom
maximu~ residence. The system should not be
considered adequate to provide service for
any commercial use such as a adult care fa-
cility.

Ou~ office hours are Monday through Friday,
Please contact our off~ce if you have
conoerning th~s repor,t,

LEE A.
