Box 307 <br />Aums¥ille, OR 97325 <br /> <br />July 24, 1989 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Olson: <br /> <br />SS-General <br />Plan Review <br />10637 Stalrton Road, <br /> Aumsville, OR 97235 <br />Marion County <br /> <br />We have reviewed your plans for a 784 square foot sandfilter and <br />capping fill on-site sewage disposal system to serve your proposed <br />church on the subject property. <br /> <br />These plans are approved provided: <br /> <br />The system is constructed as pr(,vided in the submitted plans and <br />modified in accordance to our review notes thereon. <br /> <br />A sieve test Us performed on the medium sand media upon delivery <br />to the construction site and an aggregate grading chart <br />certifying that the sand delivered meets the Department code <br />specifications for sand filter media is submitted to the Marion <br />County Building Department prior to placement in the sand <br />filter. <br /> <br />Upon submission of your application to Marion County Building <br />Department for a construction permit, a detailed plan view of <br />the sand filter is provided. <br /> <br />As the submitted plans specify Orenco pumps and accessory <br />equipment, and Willamette-Graystone tanks, this approval is <br />specific to that equipment. Should you decide to use other than <br />that specified eql/ipment, you must submit such changes in <br />writing with all pertinent data on the new equipment for our <br />approval prior to installation to assure compatibility. <br /> <br />The capping fill is constructed in accordance with OAR 340-71- <br />265 and established Depa3~cment procedures. <br /> <br />DEO$,~VR-101 1/88 <br /> <br /> <br />
